The Policy
No Refunds once the order is placed.
Our Return/Exchange policy lasts 7 days.
If there are incorrect items, or missing items, customers can contact the VIBRAM HONG KONG customer service team to apply for a replacement, return, exchange. If customers find the size unsuitable after purchase, they can contact the VIBRAM HONG KONG customer service team to request an exchange.
Each order is allowed to exchange the same model and color for a different size only once, subject to stock availability. Please make sure to submit your request for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the delivery date). If the returned items do not meet the return conditions (see “Conditions for Non-Refund or Exchange” below), VIBRAM HONG KONG reserves the right to reject your return or exchange request. VIBRAM HONG KONG will contact you and return the relevant items, and you will bear all associated costs.
Returns and exchanges are only available at designated VIBRAM HONG KONG stores or partner locations.
All the expenses incurred due to refund will be borne by you.
If your order fail to meet the requirements for accepting returns (Please refer to “Reasons for Unacceptable Returns / Exchanges”), VIBRAM HONG KONG will contact you in time and send you back your order. All the expenses incurred will be borne by you.
Exchanges are only limited to the designed stores of HONG KONG.
Please note that shipping charges & Return charges are not refundable. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Your refund will only include the cost of the item(s) and tax only, unless otherwise specified with VIBRAM HONG KONG customer service.
If your return items involve in purchasing together with other products to enjoy benefits in promotional events or specific offers, VIBRAM HONG KONG reserves the right to deduct the relevant amount from your total refund amount.
If the refund amount is not sufficient to cover the relevant promotional discount or specific offers, you will need to return all items from the entire order, and the promotional discount or specific offers cannot be reused.
If your order fail to meet the requirements for accepting exchanges (Please refer to “Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/ Exchanges”), VIBRAM HONG KONG has the right to refuse your exchange application.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Request Exchange:
- VIBRAM will review your exchange request within 5 working days of receipt and reply via WhatsApp or email. If your exchange request is accepted, VIBRAM will provide an exchange request number and a list of designated stores or partner locations.
- Within 3 days of receiving the exchange request number, you must reply via WhatsApp or email with your chosen exchange location. Once confirmed, VIBRAM will inform the relevant store of your exchange arrangement, and you will receive an exchange notification via WhatsApp or email.
- Ensure to exchange the items at the designated store within 3 days after VIBRAM sends the exchange notification. If not exchanged within this timeframe, the exchange request will be automatically canceled.
- Please note we do not accept exchange for discounted items.

Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/ Exchanges
If the returning/ exchanges item fails to meet the following requirements:
- The item for returning/exchanges should be keep in its original condition (the surface of the product has no scratches, damage and unused), which the product is in a condition that can be sold again.
- The outer packaging is intact (e.g. the shoe box has no tears and graffiti, the shoe box is not wrapped around the tape or the courier face is posted). Please pack and seal your return securely in an undamaged and non-transparent bag or box. Affix the return code on the delivery slip and ship the parcel to the designated address of VIBRAM HONG KONG.
- All related accessories (including warranty card, dust bag etc.) must be included with your return.
- If the product/ parcel has additional gifts (e.g. gift set), please return the gift together. The gift needs to be kept in the condition as it was received. If the gift cannot be returned, VIBRAM HONG KONG have the right to ask you to pay for the gift according to the price of the gift we have indicated.
