All items for exchange must be in new, unused condition and include their original packaging, tags, and sole protectors. Please note that only one exchange is permitted per purchase. Alternatively, you can send exchange items to our designated address, but the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship to countries other than the HK and Macau?
No, we do not. However, if you are unable to find the same models with your local distributor, we can seek special approval to make an exception for regions outside our current support area.

How Can I Track My Order?
We normally deliver by SF EXPRESS / JD EXPRESS.
Can I pick up at store directly?
Yes, but we will need 2-3 days to arrange pick up.

Yes, you can type the SF LOCKER address and code directly.
